Once you send that email, request to have a conversation over the phone
We do offer a FREE 30 minute phone call conversation.
Once we have discussed details in full, you will receive a quote and proposal. We will also include a sketch of any designs needed to be created by our studio for your event. Or even a vision board!
After the quote is agreed upon, and everything is approved by yourself, a contract will be designed and sent to you, with details outlining your projects, and our policies.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required. This will place security, and book your date and start our production team. The remaining deposit is due 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Once the contract is signed, and a deposit is put down, we will begin the process, keeping you updated through it all!
(Please also be sure to provide all venue rules, and regulations so we are able to add set up and take down time and efforts into our contract.)
Once everything is done, items will be shipped out accordingly and packaged well to ensure safe delivery to you (if applicable)
We aim to delivery invitations out to you 5-9 weeks in advance and save the dates 10-11 months in advance.
If we are doing any set up specifically at your event, please be sure to include a day of timeline of events to ensure we are on schedule, and a person to contact for the day of.
